I don't know much but if anything on Law and Order SVU is true they look for more than just evidence that sex occurred .rape kits also look for signs of forceful penetration or trauma where penetration would occur.

I don't know what this thread has led to but I feel that:

1. There is enough "evidence/testimony" for me to feel that he did it personally

2. There is not enough "evidence/testimony" for him to be convicted in a court of law

3. Too many people putting their name on the line for it to be a "plot".... the cost of orchestrating a false plot like this would be in the 10's of millions and you have too many people with too many mouths to keep it under wraps
