someone has to know:

what in the blue hell were the "chessani male line family rituals" that drove the mother insane?

edit: and what was the significance of woodrugh girl/ani both being pregnant and knowing the moment that the baby father died?

Im still sad at that ending :frown: :frown:

The only thing im still confused about is the twins thing. So the girl was the one they sent off on the bus and the guy was the killer but why did the guy flip out on Holloway during that story. Im still a lil confused about how the twins fitted into everything in the end

Leonard (brother) and Laura/Erica (sister) were the owners of the jewelry store's children.

Caspere had a relationship with the kids parents and was having/had an affair with the mother. He was the father of Laura/Erica (sister).

I guess the mother hid it from Caspere and pretended it was her husband's (the jeweler) child. (Caspere unknowingly was smanging his daughter/watching her get f'd at the mansion parties :x)

Caspere was involved/knew about the robbery in '92 and had the diamonds.

The kids got split up after their parents were murdered in the robbery. When they reunited they plan to avenge their parents death.

Caspere was supposed to give them info about the robbery but Leonard got carried away and killed Caspere.

Leonard flipped out on Holloway because he helped orchestrate the robbery that led to the death of his parents and he just found out that Caspere was the father of his sister.

One by the desert. One by the forests. One by the ocean.

I love it

One in the city.

Caspere on that Old Boy steez? :x :smh:

Finale didn't do much for me. Probably in the minority, but I thought it dragged for the most part. The cabin scene was cool and they did do a good job with the goodbyes. Ray at the fence saluting his son hit me in the heart, can't lie. No idea why he jumped from the tree, though. Bronson with a death wish or something. Going out in a 'blaze of glory'...more like getting your *** shot the **** up..

Thought it was a solid season overall. I'll probably give it another run through, catch some of the stuff I missed.

side note: Ol' dude peeking out from the corner in the airport and Ray spotting him. terrible

Going to see his kid though? Granted I'm not a parent, so please excuse my ignorance.. but he already said bye to the damn kid. Made peace with the situation, then after killing 10 guys and needing to get the hell out of dodge.. he goes to the damn kids school to get a Sergeant Slaughter salute? Cmon man. It was just dumb to me, obviously they gotta have a reason to off him and set up the end but that was just lazy.

They just kept bringing in new characters every episode and expected us to know who everyone was. The more I think about it the more I thought this season was so rushed due to the success of the first season, Pizzolato should of just taken his time to make this a better story than what came across. I will say Vaughn definitely killed tonights episode, it was just too little too late. When his wife told him he's a ****** actor, I laughed to myself because he's been so bad this season. This is one finale that could of been wrapped up in less time than was actually givin', but I guess they needed it to tie up the 20 things they tried to cover.

I feel the same way about a lot of those things, a LOT of parts of this season were just overall lazy and the dialogue was just unrealistic and bad.

Just know that I won't be looking forward to season 3 as much, I won't have much anticipation for it if any.

God damn it, how could two smart dudes like Ray and Frank be so stupid and careless.

:smh: :smh:

And I just couldn't take it seriously thar Ray just happened to remember that the orphan girl talked to a random dude on the set. How convenient...

Man this!!!!!! Repped.

They are sitting in a room and all of a sudden out of no where Ray is like "oh that set guy that has to be the brother" Like WHAT? where did you just come up with that? What kind of epiphany did you just have?

And we can assume that Chessani's kid had the tracker on ray, him or the guy who killed woodrow (burris?). And we are again going to assume that Chessani's kid (based on the picture at the end) needed to get rid of frank too because he knew frank was in on the land deal and had something over his dad?? I don't know so the real bad guy was chessani's kid who got frank (because he had the mexicans on his side) and was working with the PD (hallowell said it when talking to ray something about: chessani is dead, not the chessani i work for) to kill ray.

So the casper thing was like a side story to the land deal. And they were both intertwined basically by 1 harddrive. That had secrets on it that could put the big wigs down for sleeping with prostitutes? But chessani's kid was also in on the parties with blake. So he was doing it to get in on the land deal and play nice with all the major players? But yet he wasn't at the paper signing in the cabin that ray and vince vaughn raided?

Eh 7/10

Pizzolato was like "no strong female leads?" How's that!

Smh. Exactly. Obvious.

The whole "no strong female leads" trend that the critics have been pushing annoys me. Writers now have to write in that character, even if it may not fit with the overall story arch.

Ani was a cool character, but we all knew she'd be the one to live and get away. All the critics are saying Ani was the only character worth a damn.

i missed so much of this show. Like i was half *** watching it every episode but since they dont have replay value, i had to read online what happened to piece things together. Maybe in time ill rewatch it.

But damn Vince Vaughn will still be in it. Guess not.

The only thing that I liked about the finale was the kid being Rays

This season wasn't great to me

I am still confused about a bunch of stuff but don't really care

Glad that season is over , too much going on and the just wasn't that interesting to me ...

And all the characters coulda lived but they just had to be stupid :smh:
