Feeding Tips? Vol. Trying to fatten up one of my female friends

I have a female friend that wants to put some weight on. She's been trying to gain weight for about a year and no success.

Any feeding tips? Anything she can sneak into her meals to add some cushion on to her bones after a period of time?

anything aside from "get her pregnant"
