Legit Check Cool Grey 4s size 3Y (preschool)

I recently purchased a pre owned pair of Cool Grey 4s size 3Y. Everything about the shoe looks good compared to my other 4s. Box looks good & numbers match the numbers on the tag on the inside of the shoe. BUT the tag does throw me off a little, so I just want to make sure they are legit. They are from 2004 so I know the tags were made a little different than they are now. I do have pairs of shoes I've purchased from kids footlocker and they are made in China, Indonesia, & Vietnam. Just wanted to legit check this tag! Thanks.
