Kyrie 1 NikeID Thread

Is that an all black outsole or the smoky gray one??
All black. I don't really like the black translucent sole.
Man those clowns charge an arm and a leg for those ebay iD SMDH!
I've had good luck with them. Saved about 25- 30% percent most times.

EbayBucks is always nice too.
What was build time on yours?  Faster than previous ones?
Ordered the day of the Paq fight.

18 days from order to in hand.

My ID's have that issue too, I didn't think it was that big of a deal.

mine 2 bro thats why im like really? plus theyre on your feet it wouldnt be noticable unles you had your feet up

I guess it boils down to what you'll accept as a consumer. Why should I have to color or modify shoes with a marker that I paid $155 for? Looks sloppy, plain and simple. If they don't want to remake, I'll just return. Like I told the Nike rep, this isn't an issue on the GR pairs so why would it be on the IDs?

The thing is... You pay 165.00 or whatever and you expect a flawless shoe...

These Must Be Your First Pairs Of IDs Ever Ordered From Nike...

I'm pretty sure a lot of GR pairs have that issue too. Looking through the pictures in the other thread you can notice it in the teeth of the outsoles. The reason it doesn't bother me as much is because it's not really noticeable, especially on feet. You would need a perfect angle...and unless you're dropping Anderson Silva front face kicks all day, nobody's gonna notice it.

What's a trip about the situation is, the particular agent has the power to send you a 10% off code just off gp. No questions asked...matter of fact, I think up to 15%

I'd take them back to an outlet, then repurchase them for a lower cost same day. Most outlets have rules where you have to offer it to X amount of people before the employees purchase them

they trying to play you @domvon  ... how they gonna imply that the bad paint job is how you want it per your selections on NikeID?

Return it is:

Thanks for the message. I understood your initial inquiry. In this case we are unable to remake as the photos you've shared show the workmanship within our requested tolerances. We expect there to be some bleeding between the top and bottom portions of the outsole confined within the separation (the space between the two colors). Since the color did not bleed into these main top/bottom portions of the outsole, and I cannot state a remade pair will arrive any differently, we are unable to request a remake. I have confirmed this information with the factory directly as well as the NIKEiD Operations team at Nike World HQ. If you are unhappy with the shoes you received, please return them to Nike for a full refund, no questions asked.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and I thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email. Or, you can also contact our customer service at 1-800-806-6453 (4am - 11pm PT, 7 days a week) for assistance.

Sincerely,

John
