That's why I asked if people kept a pair just for that. If you have shoes you only wear in your house they won't dirty anything

I'm staying with my dad, who has his brother here, and they aren't the cleanest, so sandals inside the house. Whenever I go to anybody's home, I take my shoes off or sandals and go barefoot.
