Siracha is nasty too dam sour.. Just use fresh jalapeño or Thai chili peppers ..

I seldom use siracha so I won't get tired of it but its okay. A lot of hype. I mainly use it for pho and white rice.

Sriracha is cool. I was on a streak a few months ago where I put it on everything. **** eventually started tasting like cardboard
