It's ok, don't know why some people put it on everything. I do like that it's a heavier, thicker sauce than most hot sauces. The appeal of it is probably the name and design of the bottle.

I am not trying to make this a race thread but I do feel like non Asians are getting hip to Sriracha out of no where. My co worker even made some from scratch at some cooking party she went to. I mean that sounds pretty absurd to me but whatever floats your boat.

Generally I would say Tabasco is my go to condiment but I have to say as of late, it's just good old fashion cayenne pepper. I put it on everything practically from pizza, steaks, breakfast, Chinese food, Italian food etc. Of course this is not all the time as tobacco is a better substitute but I still seem to use cayenne over everything.

I also got this from Jamaica a month ago. Super good on chicken wings.

I have a bottle from a different brand. First time trying it and it's spicier than the Mae Ploy brand. I only use the sauce on eggrolls though.

Sriracha really is hot sauce for the weak. It's nothing to scream over but at least you can dose your food in it an still have it mildly spicy. Insanity sauce is another thing though. That thing should be illegal.
