Sriracha: The greatest condiment?

People sometimes want the sauce for flavoring, not set your mouth on fire. LOL  Sriracha is popular because of PHO.
I got put on to sriracha from dumpling places

I don't really see ppl using sriracha in pho.

Speaking of sauces, anyone know what sauce that is that they have in the hand pulled noodles places where it's some oil thing on top and some pepper flakes/seeds on the bottom?

What?! That is like saying I don't see Japanese people using soy sauce. It goes hand in hand.

When I first got put on, everything has this on it lol. Now I barely even use it, good for adding a little kick to food though.

Sriracha, to me, is only good when mixed with other condiments like ketchup or mayo. Takes it up another level. By itself, it's OK.

Yea this looks like it. Can you cop these somewhere or is this homemade?

I've had pho a few times but never saw anyone in the group I'm with using it. Might be just me though

This sauce makes bad bad Chinese takeout good and good takeout great. Insta upgrade

I don't think I used siracha when I ate pho for the first time. I used some hot sauce they had in a container with no label. I also put a few jalapeños which burned my mouth.

goat mixing sauce, whether it's in pho, fried rice, noodles, etc or with other sauces like mayo, ranch, ketchup. not really a stand alone sauce you can dip things in though

It's kew, but I remember it being more red with a little more heat to it. Now it's mild & a lot of folks put it on anything. I like tapatio, but hell naw I ain't adding it to my tonkatsu! It's that hypebeast sauce right now haaha
