This was just the jiu jitsu aspect of MMA. Imagine if she can also punch and kick you. Considering that this is just a girl who trains and is not in the UFC, I'm sure most would get rag-dolled by any female UFC fighter if we stepped into the cage.

I would prefer to avoid this fight. Either I end up getting beaten up by a girl or I am seen beating up a young women.
I have practiced karate, boxing and judo. I am 6'3 and 220 lbs. MMA fighters are very skilled and they can break bones quickly and they can negate larger and stronger opponents through leverage and taking them down to the floor.
My strategy would be to fake and feint powerful punches until she tries to take me to the floor. I would jump back and then push her down and then go straight Ser Gregor on her. I would pin her and punch her across her skull and end this terrible fight as soon as possible.
Again, I would avoid such a fight because I would risk either being emasculated or looking like Ray Rice. Either way, the outcome is not very good.
