Xbox one download tokens

Ok, i have a question about the xbox download tokens. Im just getting back into gaming so please excuse me for my ignorance. But ive got a bundle that comes with 2 download tokens for 2 assassins creed games. Now im not into those games, so i wanted to know if download tokens can be returned, sold or switched for another game code? any info will be appreciated.

You can sell them to someone else, those Assassins Creed codes are going for $40, thats the going rate for them. I bought the same bundle and did that. You can not return or sell them though.

Sidenote: Assassins Creed sucks.
 
In the same dilemma, got the bundle with 2 AC games but I don't really want them.
