Purple Haze 2 vol. Cam's last album

Yall find a way to turn anything into Jay Z vs. Nas :smh:

Not even mad. Jay is a clown. Cam would agree.

Killa Season and Crime Pays were tough. Problem with Crime Pays was the quality, some songs sounded like he recorded them on his macbook. A few beats were awful too.

There's no need for me to try to prove or deny anything. Jay's numbers and recent tour schedule disprove any negativity or personal bias you have on the matter at hand.

Come on and say it with me champ..."men lie, women lie...numbers don't" Do you understand what I'm getting at, is the picture now clearer?? Some folks gotta learn the hard way, unfortunately.
Say what you want to say about X sport, but from 98-2002 when both of them were in their prime, X was sonning Jay on the charts. Check the numbers on that sport...

Also, if you notice his last four tours, he Co-headlined with Em, Ye, Justin, and B. Those four could of went on tour without Jay and been successful sport. He's mastered the art of being an opportunist sport, which I give him 100% credit for and that's why he is the business man he is today. But your DMX slander will not be tolerated in this thread sport.

I thought Cam was back when him and Vado got together, he sounded like he had something to prove. Didn't last long though.

Yes, I know Cam gets mad love on here, but in real life, dude low-key had one of the undisputed biggest movements in the last 2 decades.  He actually raps when he wants...since his mainstream run he's put out a lot of trash with a few gems...that said, I'll tune in for PH2.  He's an unorthodox legend.

Cam'Ron's production decline is far far far worse than Prodigy's lyrical decline. Prodigy is still very listenable as long as Havoc, ALC, and Sid Roams are around. Cam'Ron needs to roll the Heatmakerz dudes out their graves, give Kanye a call and stop playing

The Fiirst of the Month series was a solid listen in my opinion. Not expecting a masterpiece classic from Cam, I expect Cam to be Cam.

Nah, "Purple Haze" was indeed his best solo work. Still it's not even a classic, in my eyes. Cam is my favorite MC of all-time but I haven't seen someone take such a nose dive musically & lyrically like Cam has. He has been unbearable to listen to in the recent years. Depending on the singles, I may or may not check for this sequel album.

Prodigy's decline >>>>>>>>>

P is so bad. "HNIC 3" was unbearable.

DMX's>both

Earls last album wasn't even that bad.

Enh...music-wise I gotta believe Prodigy fell off harder than X. Earl simply fell off of life thanks to the drugs. I gotta believe he could still do his thing if he got focused for once. And it isn't like X was known for lyrical skill.

Prodigy simply stopped rapping. Like dude just started talking over tracks and didn't even attempt to rhyme. The difference between him now and the Hell On Earth era is like night and day.

P fell off the edge of Mt Everest... I thought Albert Einstein was straight garbage... I like P too, Return of the Mac is one of my personal go favorites...

Return of the Mac :smokin :smokin
Albert Einstein :pimp:
HNIC 3 :x :x :x *vomits*
The Infamous Mobb Deep :pimp: :pimp:

Everything Cam'Ron made after Purple Haze :x :x

PH is his best work all around.  Can play that straight through, skits n all :pimp:

with that said, this album will be mediocre. :\  stop messin with Arab and get some Heatmakerz and the OG Dips back.  Been on the decline since Killa Season with them cinematic/ summer action movie trailer soundin beats.
Literally. But i love those beats
War from Killa Season is from the movie Sahara
Major by J.R. Writer was from Pirates At Worlds End
You Gotta Love It from Killa Season was from Basic Instinct
Get Right was from 300
Golden Friends from the Golden Girls theme song lol

Araab dont really be sendin Cam beats like that anymore. Skitzo is garbage. Heatmakerz aint all that anymire fr what ive heard from them recently

Cam need Harry Fraud,Clams Casino,Kanye, Alchemist, i wanna hear more from A-Track

Still one of the most creative tracks I think any artist has put out...

Like who would ever think to use something like this to make a beat... and the **** came out hot.

The song.. not the artist.

Cam is cool though he blessed us with some good stuff, but I don't hold him to the levels a lot of you do on here.
