You fat though. I just don't have enough money to maintain a higher weight. The price of food to consume 3200 calories a day is too much. I do a lot of biking and running.

I would call Ebay and ask for guidance. I've called several times and customer service was great.

I've met up several times when I sold stuff, all items are exceed of $500, and have no issues. Payments were paid via PayPal as well. I guess you may be protected since the buyer has to check local pick up in order to avoid paying for shipping.

Relax famb. Besides, where is your common sense? You should be able to answer your own questions? Seriously....why would you agree to meet up AFTER he paid on paypal already? He can just say he never got the shoes....OBVIOUSLY. Or maybe not obviously, to you.

It's easy. You should have refunded his money via paypal, or whatever method of payment he used. Then, agree to a cash only meet up at a bank or police station. Is this really that difficult to figure out? If you fall for this obvious scam of his, you deserve it. Survival of the fittest.
