Help! Where to buy legit Jordan 4 Toros that would not break my bank

Hi guys would anyone be so kind to help me find these AJ 4 Toros for my husband's Christmas surprise gift? I've seen pairs up to $400 at FC and some $300+ on other sites.  I'm trying to find legit ones that would otherwise not break my bank.  I'm new to NT (I just saw this link in our browser history. I guess he comes here a lot) and any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
 
It depends on what your price range is, but eBay, Kixify, and Craigslist are good places to look instead of Flight Club. On eBay you can look for trusted sellers to your own satisfaction using the filters they have and try negotiating with them. But in all likelihood you'll probably have to have a minimum budget close to $300.

What is his size? Make sure you use paypal to purchase and make sure the seller is paypal verified/confirmed. That way you are protected.
 
He is a 9 but I've seen him get 9.5 sometimes.  I will use paypal, thanks!!!
