What's for breakfast?

-7 links of organic turkey sausage
-6 boiled brown eggs + yolks sliced on 3 slices of organic multigrain bread, topped with ripe avocado slices and chia seeds
-1 bowl (about 4 cups) of steel cut oatmeal made with organic almond milk, + flax seeds, and honey
- 1 side salad (baby kale, cucumber, spinach and arugula) topped with olive oil
- 1 strawberry pineapple banana smoothie + protein powder, honey & flax seed

I try to eat this everyday. Some says I'll substitute brown eggs for white eggs, and turkey sausage for beef or chicken apple sausage, sometimes lamb

Bruh, you really eat all that for breakfast everyday?

I'm assuming you lift, bro?
 
2 or 3 boiled egg whites.
Some kind of blended juice (usually consists of kale, carrots, brocolli, blueberries, water, and metamucil).
Edamame beans.

Shake + caffeine before I head to the gym at around 7. I do that for the convenience.. plus my loud anus blender helps wake me up :rofl:

Eggs, turkey sausage, whole wheat extra fiber bread post workout.
 
Breakfast is pretty much the same thing everyday.

1/3rd cup white rice
3-5oz of grilled chicken
1 egg sunny side up with the runny yolk poured over the rice

Sometimes greek yogurt + granola after.
 
I usually just down a protein shake for breakfast, if not I'll just grab some coffee on the way to class. Breakfast makes me all bloated in the morning so i usually skip it
 
Didn't know people eat fish, chicken, vegetables, and rice for breakfast.

Just had a hot pocket.

shogun shogun I haven't ate a hot pocket in a few years, but I remember they had this breakfast hot pocket eggs, bacon, and cheese I think. Best one out in my opinion also the cheese pasta one.

Been eating healthy so breakfast includes a protein shake, egg, oatmeal, and greek yogurt.
 
-2/3 cup egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- A bunch of mixed greens (chard, kale & spinach)
-chopped onions that I sautée in lard before throwing in everything else listed.

Every so often, I'll eat that with sliced avocado & this specific type of wheat toast from Costco that has all these power seeds like Quinoa in it. This combo is :pimp:
 
I eat the same amount/mix of eggz every morning.
No greens tho.

usually with a meat.


I use ketchup doe.

Cant eat my eggs without ketchup
