Whos badmouthing the positions? We are badmouthing the specific people making these stupid decisions. Show me any NTer throwing shade at Bill Gates or Marissa Mayer for their business decisions

There are several instances in this thread. I'm not going to go back and quote them for you, because you refuse to stop selectively reading. 

Get of Kevin Harts nuts. It isn't like he wasn't paid to promote on social media. They just wanted him to do additional promotion, nothing crazy. Of course next time it sounds like it'd be best to make everything completely black in white in their agreement (contract) but he already got paid 3mil, so how much effort would it take to throw out several tweets and maybe a few Facebook posts? FOH with that greed.

I'm not defending Sony though, just ripping Kevin Hart for being overly greedy. There you go, reading between the lines again. Neither of us know exactly what it says in his contract, so don't speak about what you don't know. From everything I can gather he was paid to promote, and IMO, is being greedy by asking for more to also promote on social media. But like that dude said, not promoting his own work only hurts him in the future, but hey, it's KH's career. Let's not sit around and act as if he would ever even have had as many followers right now if he wasn't famous, but if a small check now is better than a stable career and increased fans/income in the future, that's up to him.

We know damn well using his twitter was not in his contract or they would be able to force him instead of arguing over email with each other like teenage girls. Threatening not to release his future movies. Because hurting themselves is going to do what? Bring them to bankruptcy faster.

There was no arguing going on in the emails. Just a mention of his agent bringing up the fact that he wanted more money, nor was there any specific threat against his future films, especially something as specific as, "Threatening not to release his future movies," as you so put. Come on now. 
 
Honestly was checking for it before all the drama started building up, now, I WANT to see it.

Basically we didnt include social media in our contract with him and now we are *****ing because we didnt have simple foresight. We just expected people to do things as we ask because that's the way the world works.

Sounds like they were gonna threathen not to release his film. And I hope Kevin called their bluff right back.

Now that I think about it, since The Interview is a comedy does Un even get killed in it? I mean what are the chances Franco and Rogen succeed in killing him compared to them getting him high and suddenly he's a more benevolent leader of NK?

How could it make more money than ASM when the top 5 theaters said they wont air it nationwide. Not to mention a few others in the top 10. That came before Sony officially announcing they are pulling it. That's the real reason Sony pulled it completely. People on my feed were *****ing about how far they would have to go to see it.

Based on the emails that were leaked he does get killed...pretty violently actually.
