Heavily breaded, seasoned just right with the right amount of seasoning, fried golden brown and properly drained of excess grease leaving nothing but crunchy lightly salted goodness.

Today I'm craving jamaican beef patties with cheese and coco bread, jerk chicken with rice and beans, and some ice cold ting.

Another reason I miss NYC. There's a spot out here but not like NY.

I want some really good hot wings. I love the hot stuff, feel sorry for my guts in few years tho :frown:

Well in Harlem there's Sylvia's, Mahattan really isn't a "Chicken Wing" type of place, but TGI Friday's has really good wings. Williamsburg? It's a bit more tricky, closer to Bed Stuy in Kennedy or Crown Fried. But you can also close your eyes and point to any Chinese spot and they will have wings. There's also "Croxley's" but they aren't your "ghettowy goodness" wings, more faux-artisan "Williamsburg" wings. With those types of buffalo wings, it isn't the wing itself, but the sauces, and bleu cheese that make the wings "magnifique".

I've never really chilled in Staten Island too heavy or the Bronx. So we're kinda in the same boat.

Kinda craving some Fresco tortilla tex mex from Jerome Ave in the Bronx. It's actually Chinese people behind the counter, and it's really tex-mex-chinese, but that **** good as a mug.

If anyone is cereal about them wings, try The Bronx Ale House on 238th between Bailey and Broadway (riverdale-ish). They have Jerk wings with or without the bone and It is truly a revelation. Tell them @wordlife sent you and they'll throw in a extra wing on the house! Chea.
