Kixify Scam

My son has just been scammed twice by sellers on kixify, the first seller jameskickz, scammed us on the Bel Air 5's ($250) and we had to file a report through Paypal which we did get a refund. The second seller "rarekikx" scammed us on the Jordan retro 6 cigar for $250, only this time my son did not use pay pal, he paid by cube/cash. Both of these sellers can no longer be found on kixify, and they both discontinued all contact with my son after they received payment. I am now trying to find out how I can get our money back from "rarkikx" seeing that we didn't go through Paypal. I file a complaint with kixify with a hope that they still have contact info on rarkikx and can seek a refund. I also filed legal action with my bank so that they can look into our transaction as well. My advice is not to trust this site, it's too much money to risk, and too much headache wondering if your going to get what you paid for. My heart is just broken because it was a sacrifice for me to get these shoes for my son for Christmas. Now what!

Sorry to hear that, may I ask how did you get scammed? were they fake shoes or something?

We tried to purchase shoes off Kixify website from a seller that goes by "rarekikx"

No we paid for the shoes and did not receive them, and the seller refuse to respond to our messages- he is not even on kixify any more

Going to the bank is probably the best solution for the second pair. Always buy with a CC or PP invoice. Buying shoes on the secondary market is full of pitfalls and just take this as a learning experience. If you are unsure always post an LC in this forum. If you had done this before your purchase you would have seen than both of the shoes were obvious scams just based on their price alone. Legit pairs of both the cigars and the belairs have a resale price of $400+. Someone selling there pairs for 1/2 there value is a huge red flag.
