so got these for christmas but they seem fake not sure if im tripping or right

so I would like some opinions on it

Leaning towards fake because they probably are. Super-size me 23s on the collar, and no carbon fiber. Outsole doesn't seem to have the right kind of red, but maybe i'm just imagining that. 

Tag inside shoe does seem a bit strange.

These are HORRIBLE quality fakes. The patent cut is too high along with it being shaped wrong, the 23s are too wide, the tag is the wrong style along with the production dates of 2014 (the shoe released in 2012), the laces are too thin, box is completly wrong, midsoles are rounded off.
