I don't know about these.  Something seems a little off to me quite honestly.  The cuts seem a little sloppy and the shape seems a little bit off.  It may just be me though.

Correct, they do not have the TWENTYTHIRTEEN engraving on the tongue.  Jordan 4s released in 2012 came with a TWENTYTWELVE engraving and Jordan 5s released in 2013 came with a TWENTYTHIRTEEN engraving.

Post a detailed close up of the stitching.
The fakes had a thread which was a slightly different shade of red than the legits.
I cannot tell for sure because the photos posted are not detailed enough

The fakes use a mesh that is softer and more pliable than the legit pairs.
The mesh of this pair looks suspect but I'm comparing them to my DS pair.
 
When I see meshing that appears wavy and doesn't lay flat I'm always suspicious. (Like this pair)

Unfortunately, the Toro's are heavily counterfeited with the majority of the pairs being very close in resemblance to the real pairs.

One of the harder sneakers to determine legitimacy just from photos.
