Jordan XI IE Low- White/Cobalt 2015

I hate Finishline. I tried four credit cards. I have a gift card I can hardly use for in demand stuff.

I went ahead and got them off Footlocker with the backorder
Yeah I got the credit card error on FNL also.  And I immediately tried the same card again and it let me through.  It's hit or miss with FNL and their CC processor.

I got backordered from eastbay also, it almost always ships earlier than their quoted date.

just got an email saying its processing...maybe they arent backordered ?

Reward card ain't work for finish line now oos

Finishline sucks online :smh:

I prefer winners circle because I can use it on anything, but I can't even use it or their gift cards unless it's something around for a while

Oh well I'll get $15 from Footlocker

same exact thing, I tried finishline today because the site wasn't splashing hard & I only have problems during high traffic times...I'm done trying with Finishline online. But I got them for me & my friend through footlocker & eastbay luckily. The salt was real when I didn't get one raffle

For the feeling of there being not a lot of hype about this shoe they sure are selling out!!!!

I guess my theory that Finishline's payment processor only acts up during hyped or high traffic launches is wrong. I wish we could somehow get our frustrations across to the people at Finishline that can affect change. I bet you if an Investment Analyst asked on a quarterly call why they can't handle customer's payments, best believe it would get changed immediately by their senior management. How stupid would you look to investors if you're turning away customers who want to purchase on your site?

It's been too many years of this, I'm convinced they don't care.

Same with their splash screen its ineffective to pick people at random to let into your site, they haven't done anything about it.

Their attitude is it'll sellout regardless so why spend any money to find a solution.

The funniest thing to me about finish line is the majority of people don't believe there's an issue with their site or payment processing till it happens to them.

These are xi's and supposedly limited; they will sell out. Resellers and noobs who can never cop online are cookin today and not a single **** will be given. i don't see these reselling for more than $30 above retail when all is said and done.

Finish Line screwed me big time.

I guess it just wasn't meant to be...again.

I've been having a problem scooping this particular color way since 96.

Oh well...what can you do ?!

I agree with you, they probably don't care. But you bring this to the attention of investors and the question is asked, they will be force to care. Glenn Lyons (their CEO) answers to Finishline shareholders. We only need one of those Analyst to read the (legit) slander on twitter of the hundreds of people who can't check out on their site.

Got the error at first then I was able to check out at 0712 with a 7Y and 9. It definitely is hit or miss

It's just annoying to deal with hundreds of dollars in holds on your credit card. Muchless getting to the very end just to get an error. Luckily for a release like this you had a few other options.

But between them not accepting credit cards. Heck, they didn't even accept my Paypal. And them canceling orders, I hate FNL online.

Their customer service has to hear it every Saturday. I just don't understand how this continues to happen.

I knew I was done with them when they started auto canceling my paypal orders on release mornings.

Paypal is one the most reliable ways to make purchases online.  Matter of fact, finish line is the only retailer thats ever cancelled my paypal purchases for no apparent reason.

Looks like Footaction, Footlocker, and Eastbay are still selling the Cobalts.

My buddy hit my line, said he got through, i just tried and scored on Footaction.

Easy Cop here in Tampa. Got to a FCFS spot at 8 just in case because it's tricky in my town and was 1st In line. These do the OGs justice.

Looks like these have sold pretty well online, they don't appear to be "sitters" like say the white/infra 6 lows from a few weeks back.

Congratulations to everyone who copped, I love this shoe.
