I've been at work since 3 am... no damn news on Philbin being fired yet. Smh.
 
I don't know how much good it will do to fire Philbin mid season. I would let him hang on to the end of the year and then jettison him, but get rid of Coyle right now.

I see your point but when you respond to the press and organization after a loss that "you don't have the answers anymore" it's quite apparent at that point you've lost the locker room! He has got to go coupled with the atrocious play calling and lack of player preparation
 
a year too late, but thank goodness it happened. the nfl clarified it's rules on hiring outside coaches to be an interim coach saying that they must satisfy rooney rule, so to me it means the dolphins are cleaning the whole staff. coyle, lazor, everyone. lettuce prey

D-Cordinatoer needs to go
Tannehill needs to go although they just paid him in offseason

Looks like Ross had enough. Hopefully this will provide a bit a of a spark for the team.
