however, the entire community and culture of crossfit needs a makeover.

I couldnt agree more. Before Reebok and Crossfit Inc started working together, what was Reebok doing?

The banned are actually a lot more Red than they look in the pictures which is great because the burgundy didn't look so good.

i see a lot of cancelled orders from Eastbay family sites. They share stock. They even state the order is not complete just because you could cart it. I could be wrong.

correct - they don't hold carts like Nike -- doesn't mean that your order will be cancelled though

i dont think youre wrong, ive heard alot of negative things. i just make sure i get my shoes from NDC is possible

exactly, not impressed and glad I saw them. I'm still super tempted to pick up a box and throw 'em in the closet in hopes they'll still be worth $130 in 25 years. 
 
You see Castro's instagram video recently? You think he is loving posting Leverich all plastered in Reebok?
 
Funny, I'm pretty stoked they're more red than maroon. Just hope I can got those and the Fishers for the wife on one order. 
 
Are those the real deal though? I mean looks like he could've painted them, that red looks nothing like the stock photos up.

seems legit just based on the images of the Lavas that ended up being lighter in person than images were showing
 
They are meant to evoke the Jordan 1 banned CW which was black and Chicago Bulls red. They definitely should be bright.
 
I'm pretty excited that the red is more red. Put up a filtered pic on my Instagram last week hoping this is what they would look like.
