Was finally able to purchase a pair of Volts Thanks Fresh! Hopefully the order doesn't get canceled.
 
Picked up the OG volts this morning in the off chance that production dates are newer and they have the upgraded mesh/toebox. If not, I'll just return them.
 
Anyone know if FNL will allow orders of more than one pair? Trying to pick up a pair for a buddy too. Or perhaps it would be safer to do 2 separate orders. Would hate to have my own order cancelled because they think i'm buying to resell.

I would do 2 separate orders. Since the item has free shipping there is no consequence doing that.

It's a very stable feel that allows you to drive with your hams and calves while still using quads. I felt that with nanos I used more quad than anything. With these, I feel a full leg work when I squat and no pain to the hip flexors.

Looking forward to the greys.  That's the colorway I've been waiting for.  Did get in the game royal/volt and I really like those.  They are going to be used and abused.
 
Got my game royals in yesterday. Went .5 size down from TTS, volts felt too loose in the toe box.

Did competitors training workout from Wednesday. The .5 size down really helped. They felt snug initially but great during the workout.

20 min AMRAP
7 power cleans 135
7 Burpees
200m run

So mucho snatches and running. Going .5 size down was a good move. Still not a fan of the laces though. Anyone switch them out yet?
 
From the looks of the photos on FNL it's an updated volt with the new mesh.  The tongue tag is different than the OG one as well...
 
:lol: the stock photos seems to be misleading in most cases though

I believe Fresh mention that the OG volts that they just release is due to the back log due to the strikes at the port. but who knows it'll be great if its an updated version :smokin
 
Based on what Fresh said it should be the OG volts and shouldn't have any redesigned mesh.  They were just stuck in the supply chain.
