NIKE METCON THREAD - 7s out now

The AMPs are only slightly snug IMO. I have 10s in the AMPs and 10 in the Reds. In the 1s the only issue I ever had fit wise was a bit of heel slip until they "broke in". I've put my Blue Monday AMPs through 4 WODS now and don't even notice the snug fit that they had out of the box anymore. 
 
RRS canceled my order for the mango/black that I ordered for the wife.  Should have expected it considering it was no longer on the website the day after I ordered. Hopefully when the all blacks come out, I won't have that problem.

Worked out in the Blues today. Great shoe. They do feel a little flatter and the heel feels MUCH beefier. The heel also makes a distinct sound now when walking...kind of like you would expect from hard rubber/plastic - I think the change is from feedback on the 1s where the heel wasn't unstable, but could have been much more stable and less 'squishy' feeling. I could see this making the shoe less friendly for those who heel strike when running.....the forefoot feels the same in terms of flexibility.

I'll echo what others have said about fit. The shoe is definitely smaller, and I don't think it will stretch out as much as the 1s. That said, I was in between 10.5 and 11 on the 1s....I stuck with 10.5 on the 2s and they fit fine. I don't think they're any shorter...just tighter.

The reinforced toe material is awesome and is a huge step up from the 1s. The midsole venting also seems awesome and looks cool.

Finally....the Blues look way better in person than online :wink:

Anyone else get an email today that their ID's were almost finished? Maybe someone can shed some light on how long it might take to actually get them from the time you get this email..

finally wore my blue mondays today- actually only picked them up today.. they're very blue. lol.

bought same size as my camo AMPs. definitely felt slightly more snug at the heel.
