Soccer/Futbol/Football Footwear, Kits & Gear - 2015

15-16 Atletico Madrid shirt with new sponsor Plus500, an online trading company. Also posting the away again.
You'd think by now with their recent successes that Atletico would be able to snag a decent shirt sponsor deal.

So the new puma evospeed SLs released they are like $230 and weight 3.6 ounces.

Then there is this lovely caveat...

NOTE: Cannot be used on turf, for match play only on natural grass. Due to extreme light weight, it's only expected to last up to 10 games.

really?!?

oh but they say this as well

NOTE: The evoSPEED SL is not for training days. It's for your best days. Your match days. It may only be used on real grass. Due to its extremely lightweight design, it's expected to last up to 10 games. But the moments it creates will last forever

so i guess they try to make you feel better about it

My two favorite players :smokin Anyone remember the videos similar to this leading up to the 2002 world cup where they're playing in a cage on a ship?

Nike footy commercials were the best...

Edit - I was hoping they'd bring back Cantona to narrate or host for 2014 WC commercials...

Don't even know who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt but i should find out those are the best kits ive seen this year (maybe behind roma and atletico)

Frankfurt has 2 Japanese footballers on their team Makoto Hasebe the captain of the Japanese national team & Takashi Inui. Both are MFers. Hasebe is the defensive mid & can play all 3 midfield positions.

When Bundesliga hits fox this year, I highly recommend watching the league. I've really enjoyed watching it over the years & really liked having FuboTV to watch the league.

Oh & for as long as Nike has done the Frankfurt kits, they have always looked class...

The 98 Brazil airport video and the similar 2006 locker room video were great as well.

Those Frankfurt kits are nice. And the Puma evospeed SL...who in their right mind would pay $230 for 10 uses, goodness,

^ Those aren't bad... Several of the kids on the older club teams around my way had them & said they were nice. The only thing though is that if you like to clean you ish afterwards, the white bottoms will get pretty dirty from the recycled rubber within the turf.

^ I'm hesitant in accepting that's the one because it doesn't follow any of the templates Adidas has used so far. This is what FH said it would look like & they've been spot on 99% of the time.

15-16 Galatasaray home shirt. No word on a shirt sponsor yet as their deals with Huawei (domestic) & Turkish Airlines (international) have expired.

15-16 Nike Chile home shirt which will debut after the Copa tournament. This looks soon much better than the puma jawns.
