When Pac says he is all but in, no matter the details, there is nobody that can stop Floyd from making the fight happen, if he wants it. Nobody.

^^^^While all that may be true as far as Manny just being the Capo and Arum the Boss, You can't convince me that if Pac wants the fight and May wants the fight, that Arum can stand in the way of that. Can't do it.

Im not ine to talk about another mans pockets and honestly who cares if he is broke they both still make more in 36 mins then anyone on the planet.

And Floyds legacy is not tarnished if he dont fight manny. You act like his resume prior to the 1st retirement didn't already have him in the conversation for GOAT already. He has dominated arguably the most popular division in boxing for more then the last decade. You honestly can not even compare mannys resume to his before the de la hoya fight bc it's not even close
 
Floyd legacy is tarnished cause all of a sudden pac man acting like a fiend. He was just as non chalant as floyd and now all of sudden he wants this fight so bad. Tell that ****** to cash out his pba team if he needs money that bad

 it's funny how floyd throw's out any new excuse/tweet and fans run with it. Now fans are backing him up and saying we should praise floyd cause he is "his own boss". This is boxing, we praise fighters not whoever is boss or more successful financially. As far as I know Oscar was still cutting those checks. This year it has been "Arum is in the way"- but somehow they are negotiating and doing a bunch of meet ups. How come Arum wasn't in the way back then but somehow he is now when none of them are in their prime? That doesn't make any sense. Floyd is still bringing up numbers and losses when basically all his other opponents (for the most part) had losses and didn't have great ppv numbers either. How come he never mentioned that when he was fighting other fighters? I want this fight to be done already so we could stop yapping about it; it has been long over due. Either fight if its going to happen or dead it forever and move on.

This fight was closer to happening when details were slowly coming out, BUT neither sides were commenting...

Seems like things started going haywire when Arum came out publicly and claimed that Manny agreed to everything...

Both parties should've been given a gag order until the contract was signed, period.

Manny has been way more chatty than the Mayweather camp, but that's neither here nor there.
 
Like I said if Floyd turns down the pacquiao fight to fight Miguel cotto for a 2nd time FOR LESS MONEY, it's gonna be hard for me to continue to ride with Floyd. We honestly can't say much because we don't know all the details but we know he's not gonna bring in a bigger payday fighting any other fighter #facts. him saying "pacquiao only did 300,000 ppv buys" please FOHWTBS Floyd it's IRRELEVANT. The fact that he got ko by Marquez is IRRELEVANT. I'm starting to think Floyd don't want those hands :smh:

The sad part is everybody but the truly blind believe Floyd would win comfortably.

But, again, it's pointless to speculate a potential fight that has lost more than half it luster over the course of 6 years.

Maybe not a landslide victory but I think he'd take advantage of manny being overly aggressive.
 
Pac only has a chance because the fight will go the distance. 

That in and of itself, in Boxing, is more than a fair chance. It's a fair chance and a bad decision chance, which is a pretty damn good chance to win.

Sounds like the fight won't happen because bob arum won't let it happen without taking a bigger piece of it than he deserves. And Floyd is fine with not fighting manny cuz he's really on his **** bob arum **** which is understandable so be it

he owns the right to represent manny in any fight that he does. He is the acting representative who negotiates pricing generated from gate and networks. Manny cant fight anywhere without Bob signing off on it or he could be sued.

Thats why people were mad that he resigned with TR to begin
 
Chavez Jr vs Fonfara at 172 lb signed, but Arum is going to challenge it. This salty old man needs to disappear. :smh:
