Yup, which is why I don't think it's preposterous to believe that Floyd isn't telling the truth about Arum holding the fight vs Manny up.

I think the less public posturing, the better chance of actually getting a fight. Things seemed to be moving along until Bob started talking about how they've signed the contract and there is nothing left to do negotiate. Don't HBO and Showtime need to agree? I doubt those negotiations are simple.

The crazy part is if you were Floyd and still owed 8+ Million dollars by Arum from over 10 years ago, would you make it easy for him to get a large portion of profit?

That's what he's paid to do for being a part of The Money Team. But I can agree on one thing he said, the fight won't happen. I'm not getting my hopes up anymore. Floyd's recent interview, he again mentioned the same excuses as his Showtime interview. Cotto won't fight Canelo. It's all going to lead to Cotto vs Floyd 2. I'm done buying his fights. I mean what are Arum and Pacquiao being vocal about the fight for then? Let me guess, to promote their next fights? Why can't Floyd call their bluff.
