I really dont see the hype around AB. he hasnt fought any great, or very skilled fighters. Put him in the ring wit crawford, tko, put hin against lucas, tko, hell i even got swift over ab.

I really wish I got to see all 9 rds of the JCC beat down, but I caught the end and seeing him beg his corner to stop the fight like 6x and then telling Jim Gray he won was hilarious.

As much as last nights HBO fight was a decent fight, it was kind of a letdown to me. The cut clearly hurt Ruslan, but he's just way too one-dimensional all the time to beat anyone at a high level. Didn't really get to see them trade much either.

Most entertaining fight of the year so far for me is still Chris Arreola's PBC fight :lol:
 
I had picked Matthysse to win by ko but good win for Lucas don't need a rematch. I even think Ruslan will be too much for Broner to handle as Ruslan comes forward.

I'd like to see Matthysse to fight Danny Garcia rematch I think this time Lucas wins or Lucas vs Broner and knock him out

It's no 24/7 but, I appreciate it on the simple notion that the Fight is happening. Good stuff in it though, Brought back some old memories and feelings.

Like for example the coming about of the "Money Mayweather" moniker and that commercial where he was throwing dollars at the screen, he was so so young, and that seemed like just yesterday. 

Can't wait.

I think that was my first time seeing him.

Looks legit.

I commented in here as the fight was happening. There was a moment where Castillo had him in the corner.

And he was just rolling with the punches and countering with sharp right hands. **** was pretty.

First saw imam on friday night fights def a future champ. sometimes i feel he take uneccesary risk but great fighter
 
Imam has a ton of talent, and boxes really well. I agree that I can see him winning a major title someday. I just want to see how well his chin holds up as he faces elite competition, because he definitely does allow himself to open up a bit defensively.
 
I have been highly critical of Chavez Junior over the years and him living off of his father's hard work and name. I'm not surprised by the result because this was one of the few times he didn't outweigh his opponent by a large amount. I thought he did decent work in the fight, especially the times he was able to go to the body. I don't know if he has the dedication or ability to get his weight down to fight at 160, but I don't think he has a future at 175 or even 168..
