Algieri better really get out the cage man in this fight man, I'm hoping he wins with a surprising decision. All he has to do is box Khan, run, and frustrate him.
 
Nah his old trainer never let him out of the cage. He was about to unleash him next round before Manny hurt him bad :lol:

I was the only person in this thread who predicted Algieri would beat Provodnikov. However, I admit that it wasn't a clear win. It was close and you can argue that it was a draw or either fighter won by 1 pt. If the fight took place anywhere else Provodnikov would have gotten the nod. It's not Algieri's fault and Ruslan should've known better since his Fight against Bradley was close and he didn't get the benefit of the doubt.

It's going 12. I figure Algieri can't get beat any worst than he did against Pacquiao.

I think he might to take some risk and go for the knockout. If he wants to stay relevant, he better pull off a upset!
 
I was hoping that Ward will walk Khan and Kovalev will walk Algieri to do some promo and buildup but then I remember who is promoting this fight, :\

Anybody gonna be at Khan-Algieri? I got free tickets from 1iota, and they might put me near the ramp where they walk out. I'll see if they let me rock my NT fitted. Lol.

As of today Khan is the -1600 favorite to +800 Algieri.


Almost feel like playing the odds even though I know Khan should win, Algieri isn't that bad.


I just can't see him outboxing Khan.
