I feel what yall are saying. And look I respect the guy, I'm just saying he's looking like a come forward destroyer against guys that either can't really crack his chin like that or can't take his power, or both. If Stevens had enough power to get some space and make Gennady readjust, then Kovalev has much more than enough, not to mention way more length size and skill.
Put GGG up against a much bigger dude that just outboxed Bhop over 12, knocked out Pascal, who's never even been knocked down before, and also ate bombs from Pascal and kept moving, GGG is not gonna come forward all night walking through punches and hurt that guy like he does against these 160 pounders. It's not happening. And if he does, he's one of the toughest mother ******* I've ever seen in boxing and I'll eat my words, but I don't see it happening. I think he could definitely have his moments, but he probably ends up at the end of Kovalev's punches most of the night en route to a loss and/or stoppage. GGG winning that fight just doesn't seem probable at all to me.
