Regardless Arum ruled a rematch out in September because pacquiao won't be ready cause of the shoulder injury he had anyway. It took em 5 years to agree to this fight so well see how easy they can put together a rematch by the end of the yr where pacquiao will also have to take another big pay cut...

As far as Khan, I guess it could happen in sept. but he continues to say otherwise so I'm just taking khans word

Knowing Uncle Bob, he will probably say the doctors might have to amputate Manny's arm and how this shoulder injury is the worst thing he's seen a fighter endure.
 
I think GGG is the best option. He gave a guy with a lot of potential, although not that proven, in Canelo a shot. Why not GGG. Him moving up would intrigue true fight fans. GGG can easily be sold to the world as the next GREAT HOPE to beat Money May. He is easily marketable with his KO percentage, "come forward/Mexican style" of fighting and personality. From a money and boxing politics view idk, but that seems the best next option to me. These other guys will have the same thing happen to them that the last dozen or so fighters have had happen to them.

so who gets to fight for the vacant belts? :nerd: I feel that Floyd vacated the belts just so that two other guys cant fight for it and the belt will give the winner credibility to be his next opponent. If that's the case, make it Thurman vs Brook for all the 147 titles (Brook holds the IBF).
 
The only thing left for Floyd to do is fight Kahn, so he can shut that fan base up as well.

I like it, but that will take too long for Floyd and some of them won't happen due to networks and promoter issues. If we mix in Danny Garcia and Peterson it gets much more interesting. Another guy would be Errol Spence, I am not sure why he is not further along in his career, he's only a year younger than Thurman.

Why the hell would floyd even think about moving up in weight, to fight a dangerous knockout style fighter, FOR HIS LAST FIGHT. Some of you dudes Should stop shootin up shrooms.

I wouldn't even want a rematch... the fight on Saturday wasn't even close and if pac was injury free it wouldn't make a difference... i don't see how pac could do any better than his effort on Saturday which was lackluster to say the least
