Now Pac told the media that Mayweather and his camp knew about his shoulder injury because he had a mole in their camp, and that he was pulling his arm and targeting his shoulder during the fight...

Wouldn't be surprised if this were true to be honest since I heard he stopped sparring during training camp cause of the injury. At first I thought pacquiao was just being a sore loser and blowing this out of proportion, but hes about to miss up to a year so it obviously affected his performance (even tho I still think mayweather would've won)

His shoulder looked great in the 4th and 6th rounds. They claimed he was hurt before the fight but they checked no on the NSAC prefight form. Do I think he injured his shoulder? Probably, but boxers fight injured all of the time. To be honest, this is par for the course for Pac and his team. Everytime he has a subpar performances they start talking about leg cramps, cuts that won't heal etc. I knew the excuses would start flowing from his camp.

I posted this up in the other thread.

If I were Manny, I'd fire Koncz on the spot. This dude just seems so sleazy and gives off the aura that he really could give two shts if Manny gets horrible, long term injuries just as long as he gets paid. Apparently it was Koncz that filled out that box on the questionnaire. I feel bad for the fact that Pac seems to be getting duped by so many snakes. :smh:

This was the complete article. Sickens me that people are willing to damage another human being for their gain. :x :smh:

Koncz, Arum and Roach are scumbags but the media and fans treat Manny like he's a child or he is mentally incapable of making his own decisions. It's always someone else's fault. Manny seems like a good guy but he's a politician in the truest sense. Manny seems very smart to me. I think he's mastered feigning naivety to keep public perception on his side. Manny probably wanted this career defining pay day just like Koncz, Arum, Roach, Floyd, etc. With his tax problems, his wife's spending habits, Arum's cut, and his lifestyle I don't believe for one minute that he was this innocent pawn being used by everyone else to get rich.

seems to me like manny is of the mindset that he used to be poor so anything is better than that. he doesnt mind giving bob arum 27% cuz hes "loyal"

I was just answering the man's question.

Point is this, Khan has skipped Ramadan previously for lesser fights. He's trained during Ramadan and I don't buy for one measly second that he'd turn down the Floyd fight to observe Ramadan.

Even his Imam would slap him if he turned down the fight.

If I remember correctly, wasn't Khan's main complaint last year that Floyd wanted to fight in September and he couldn't do it due to Ramadan?

"Khan explains: ‘I can’t be ready for that date. Ramadan doesn’t finish until the end of July and I would need three months in training camp after that to prepare for a fight of this magnitude. The earliest I can be back in the ring after my fight here is late October or early November and that will have to be against another opponent.
‘I’ve told Floyd that and he assures me I’m still on his list. Of course I am still pursuing the fight with him but the next window for that is this time next year.’"

That was last yr, this year ramadan starts and ends 10 days earlier.

That and circumstances have changed. He didn't get the fight last September and now Floyd has one fight left on his contract and is considering retirement afterwards.

All things considered I highly doubt he'd turn down a September fight with Floyd if the opportunity presented itself.

The fight would likely do bigger numbers than a Pac rematch because of how many demographics would tune in.

Aside from the hardcores, the English would be big buyers and....the entire freakin' muslim world. Especially Pakistan and India.

Talking stupid money.

Good points.

We'll see what happens.

Watch Algeri throw a wrench in the game and get a win over Khan

Was reading an article that led me to watching the Mosley/Mayweatehr fight again....that second round was mad sus. i'm sure it was discussed thoroughly back then, but why did Mosley hit the brakes and start lightly tapping him after almost knocking him down?
