Man, get out of here with that lame excuse that he won't fight any fighter under top rank. If it is true that Arum owes him money, I'm sure there would be some contract/paperwork and check stubs where he could take them to court and get his money. Don't tell me he did some business just out the mouth and there was no paper work involved (if that is the case, then shame on him). Ya'll believe everything they throw out there. To me that is all BS. He scared of Pac's hands, period. Why he gotta worry about another Arum's pockets when he claim he the highest paid athlete and already could retire comfortably? This is his biggest payday and the fight everyone wants to see. He talking BS talking about he makes the fights we want to see. No one wants to see Cotto/May. 

difference when they ask them about the fight:

-Manny and camp: Sign the contract lets get it on. We agreed to everything. I want to give the fans what they want.

-floyd and camp: Splits, ppv numbers, drug testing, network split, losses/wins, yada yada yada yada yada. Never anything positive to say.

What's more funny is how Bob was in the way back then and still is manny's promoter now. But somehow floyd goes into "negotiations" with them knowing Arum is still there, to come out saying the same thing again. "Arum is in the way" We are blind if we don't notice he is just tricking us into believing he wants to fight Pacquiao. He wants fans to get off his back with that fight but doesn't want to be blamed for it

Manny can sit there and spit whatever he wants. If Bob Arum doesn't want the fight to happen, it won't happen.

I recall Floyd fans all throughout the last 5 years saying "Ariza is a snake, Ariza is a cheat, I don't believe nor trust whatever Ariza says". Now Floyd fans say, "Ariza speaks the truth, I believe what he says"?

I could say the same about 50 Cent, who knows Floyd personally, was his best friend, recently saying Floyd won't fight Pacquiao because he could still make good money without it.

The fight won't happen because of Floyd. I don't understand why some people still refuse to believe this. The fact that he's staying quiet, and when he speaks, continues to speak of roadblocks. I guess Pacquiao and Arum are just promoting their next unsigned fight when being vocal about their side? Arum went as far as talked to the CBS head Les Moonves, and he gave it an okay. He even wants the fight to happen.

End of the day floyd can make more than manny still with other fights so Floyd has the leverage
 
Just a year ago it would been crazy to think that Sergio quite possibly would have been an easier win for Floyd than Cotto.

Cotto at 160 might be a problem

He's not gonna touch Floyd this time. U remember pops complaining about seeing Floyd all bloody when roger was in the corner. Cotto might take a hell of a beating for 12 rounds or get stopped.

Doesn't sound like someone is willing to fight, even if an offer was sent out and Arum and Pacquiao accepted.

lol, he doesn't have a snowball's chance to win. Floyd only likes to fight slow flat footed fighters now with little to no footwork, minimal stamina, little hand speed etc.

 Floyd been throwing terms and conditions out in the public since 09. That's exactly what he means, he agrees to all terms and conditions, just hand them over a contract to sign it. Like I said, Floyd put a road block cause of arum back then.  Why is he negotiating with them again when arum is still there and throw out the same excuse? What has changed? Nothing.
