Please Lock.

Great tactic by Floyd's team :smokin Way to sell his upcoming fight!

I'm sure people will tune in now that he can't take his Flintstone Vitamins.

they add substances to those lists every month or year so its hard to keep up.. but because he pre aproved it.. i cant say its illegal because when he used it at that time it was legal.

USADA issues statement on the Mayweather IV situation:

"As was already publicly reported in May of this year by the Nevada State Athletic Commission
(NSAC), Mr. Mayweather applied for and was granted a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) by
USADA for an IV infusion of saline and vitamins that was administered prior to his May 2 fight
against Manny Pacquiao. Mr. Mayweather’s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC
rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today. Nonetheless, because
Mr. Mayweather was voluntarily taking part in a USADA program, and therefore subject to the
rules of the WADA Code, he took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion
was administered in order remain in compliance with the USADA program. Although Mr.
Mayweather’s application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests
results were reported, Mr. Mayweather did disclose the infusion to USADA in advance of the IV
being administered to him. Furthermore, once the TUE was granted, the NSAC and Mr.
Pacquiao were immediately notified even though the practice is not prohibited under NSAC
"

It's also funny because Pacquiao was rejected an injection for his shoulder, but Floyd didn't get rejected? Now we know USADA is part of TMT.

Manny asked for a shot at the last minute though. It appears that may asked for permission to use the IV before he used it days in advance, unlike pac who asked for a shot hours before the fight. If they knew his shoulder was messed up in camp they should have asked for a shot days in advance.

Of course USADA is attempting to save themselves.

Some Red Flags:

1) Floyd needed it due to rehydration? Isn't he a natural welterweight?

2) NAC is supposed to approve it, not USADA, but the approving by USADA was after he took it, which is 18 DAYS AFTER THE FIGHT

3) IV's can flush your system quick

4) Floyd took the injection at home which he wasn't supposed to do

5) Floyd's testosterone increased, not a huge amount, but generally, your testosterone decreases as you age in the 30s

47-0-1

But forreal I want my $100 back from these 2 fighters who didn't give it 100%. One went "110%" and the other went "80%".

Really hope this is his last fight! Can't wait until Floyd retires and boxing really will become "dead" they'll see just how much he meant to boxing.

P.S - Can't stand FATTY FAT DAN!!!!!! He always tries to hate on TBE!

He'll be back for #50 I'd put money on it. Yeah he brings in a lot but do you see how much this dude splashes on whips and extravagances, all the people he supports. He's gonna come back for that big payday then hang it up.

Only to fight Manny tho #50 depends on how Manny looks whenever he comes back...

Boxing was fine before Floyd and it'll be fine after him. Basketball didn't die after Jordan, hockey didn't die after Gretzky, baseball didn't die after Mays.

As for the IV, I don't care. Whether or not one or the other or both were using banned substances, the fight was lame and if both guys came in 100% clean it would still be a letdown.

He let TMT know it ain't gonna last forever and they gotta find their own way soon.

Yea because they had the likes of Tyson, Holyfield, Roy, and Oscar etc...In 2015 Boxing has nobody of that stature that carry it like Floyd or the dudes I named hell why u think they have boxing on Ch4 and these other off brand channels now they are desperate.

If Tyson came back right now he can do over 1M PPV buys thats how bad it is

Blame Manny Floyd did his job...

Floyd definitely did what he was supposed to do to win.

These two need to get the hell out of the sport already. Both dudes were parading an entire circus this whole time. Unnecessary.

And please don't get me wrong. Manny's camp treated this unprofessionally as well. :smh:
