I almost had a moment of weakness yesterday when I clicked on a link on reddit without reading the link title. I didn't tho. I am thinking of keeping a separate timer for every time I purposely look at content or accidentally click something and looking at it for a bit.

I want that level of mastery.

Day 22. I'm glad that I'm 22 days free but I've been feeling down and in a whatever type of mood these past couple days. Is it the flatline? The first couple days I was feeling ontop of the the world, now I'm questioning what am I even doing this for. Anyone else? I hope this feeling passes.

it is the flatline. I am right there with you.

it will pass in a few days. you just have to deal with a bit of moodiness and what not.
just keep doin what your doing. the nofap aura still there. id give it 10-20 days till you feel another boost.
 
Don't come up w/ the BULL CRAP stuff about going 30 days or whatever straight.  Post some real things like coolant leakage and some 'real' stuff.  Pressure will build and you'll actually 'stiffen' up a lot quicker when you see something that'll arouse.  Even that Kate Upton commercial will get you going.  IF YOU DON"T REACT, then your piece is in trouble.  You reacting a lot quicker is because of your body's natural instinct and reaction.  Why are you depriving yourself?  Super unhealthy.  You'll grow uneasy, anxious, pimples will pop out an your prostate will be very unhealthy.

I like to say im good at effectively thinking myself out of bad moods, but this **** is pretty depressing.

Feel like I shouldn't even waste time spitting or scheming on anyone, at least till I get some life back. Worse part is not knowing when you'll be good to go again at all. Could be between a few days, to a few weeks, hell maybe even beyond.

I've been on this movement since it started years ago, so yes, I understand.

This isn't about what I don't/do get, though.

This thread is about people celebrating victories, and my posts are about making sure people are accomplishing their goals in a healthy way, with a healthy understanding.

Those people who are doing this challenge in a healthy way, those are who you're defending; those are the toes you think I'm stepping on.

At least, I hope those are the toes you think I'm stepping on. Because if not, that means you think I'm stepping on the toes of those who are going through this challenge in an unhealthy manner.

Abd if you don't recognize that there are those who are going about this in a way that will cause more damage, then wise up.

If you recognize that that there are those who are going about this in a way that could cause more damage later, but you don't think anyone needs to steer them right, I disagree, and that's what my posts are about. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Nope, excessively fapping period has detrimental effects. Your stiffy will get hella weaker, and it'll take more to get you hard. (Pause)

Been on this wave since Monday of this week. So far so good. Taking it one day at a time. These challenges are fun to me :lol: :lol: Even though the longest I've gone is friggin 14 days :smh: :smh: Not fapping during the day is easy. It's at night that is the issue. Fapping is what I would use to KO and go to bed. Without it I stay up hella late :x
 
Everyone agrees that masturbation is natural. nobody argued that or spoke against it... it's the PORN that's the problem.

Just catching up reading the dialogue in the thread, and this got to me. For me personally, Porn isn't the problem. I can literally not watch porn for two months without breaking a sweat. In most cases, Porn is just too fake and not realistic and it stops me from getting off. I induldge in it from time to time, but it for sure isn't something that I could get addicted to. Now Masturbation? :smh: :smh: My wood has gotten a bit softer from that alone, without porn.

So in reference to your post, I think both Porn and Masturbation can and are the problem. If you just masturbated without the porn, you would still have erectile issues and such.
