but idk if ill be laughing if that was my squad though. i thought the refs was good with making the no calls and letting them play. i didn't think that was a blatant PI though but it was iffy how they picked up the flag however.  sux to be a lions fan, that much i know. 56 or was it 57 years and counting. FML.

good game, son. ball don't lie. lions had their chance. they just didnt make the most out of it, IMO. 14-0 lead and could only muster 6 points after that? and the cowboys literally gave the lions another chance with that fumble recovery/lost fumble... ordeal

there's always next year. chins up.

Here's the deal, this game was gifted to the Lions, starting with that bogus call for running in the punter in the first qtr. How about that stupid shanked punt in the 4th. Dallas even missed a field goal, Detroit didn't play to win as much as they played not to lose. Conspiracy or not, they lost. Enjoy your boycott.

The Spurs should've put the Heat away, instead Ray hit the 3 w/ his foot on the line and no call

Kings should've put the Lakers away but that 3 at the half by Samake Waker that shouldn't have counted cost them the game

The list goes on and on, if u don't put the team away and leave it in the hands of the refs at any point, u might just lose the game.

Goodell could come burn down my house and I would be back by the NFC Championship game

Yup.

We got robbed but this ain't even close to the worst.

If you still watched after that Steeler VS Seahawks Super Bowl you shouldn't be too hot about this.

Not sure if Lions would have won the game if that call was made. They were up 14-0 with a dozen times to bury the Cowboys and couldnt, from my standpoint they had a bunch of chances to put the game away. They could have went for it on 4th and 1 but got a penality and shanked a Punt afterwards.

Be upset with the NFL but be pissed at the lions for not putting the cowboys away.
This Detroit was up 14 with 3 quarters to go and only manage 6pts the rest of the game but that one call did them in? Shameful complaining by some on here. If the Boys lost I wouldn't blame it on that no call on their running into the kicker, the missed intentional grounding, or any other flag they missed we would have lost period.

RUNNING INTO KICKER
Article 6 No defensive player may run into or rough a kicker who kicks from behind his line unless such
contact:
(a) is incidental to and after he has touched the kick in flight;
(b) is caused by the kicker’s own motions;
(c) occurs during a quick kick;
(d) occurs during a kick or after a run behind the line;
(e) occurs after the kicker recovers a loose ball on the ground; or
(f) is caused because a defender is blocked into the kicker.

Did the player touch the ball? No
Did the kicker lung into the player? No
Was it a quick kick? No
Was there a run behind the line? No
Was there a loose ball on the ground? No
Was the defender blocked into the kicker? No

Penalty: For running into the kicker: Loss of five yards from the previous spot, no automatic first
down. (This is not a personal foul). For roughing the kicker or holder, loss of 15 yards from the
previous spot. (This is a personal foul, and also disqualification if flagrant).
SUPPLEMENTAL NOTES
(1) Avoiding the kicker is a primary responsibility of defensive players if they do not touch the kick.
(2) Any contact with the kicker by a single defensive player who has not touched the kick is running into
the kicker.

(3) Any unnecessary roughness committed by defensive players is roughing the kicker. Severity of
contact and potential for injury are to be considered.
(4) When two defensive players are making a bona fide attempt to block a kick from scrimmage (punt,
drop kick, and/or placekick) and one of them runs into the kicker after the kick has left the kicker’s foot
at the same instant the second player blocks the kick, the foul for running into the kicker shall not be
enforced, unless in the judgment of the Referee, the player running into the kicker was clearly the
direct cause of the kick being blocked.
(5) If in the judgment of the Referee any of the above action is unnecessary roughness, the penalty for
roughing the kicker shall be enforced from the previous spot as a foul during a kick.

So as you were saying?
