SO I'M THROWING A PARTY...HELP!

I am throwing a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend. I believe there will be about 25 people in attendance. I've never thrown a party so I need some help in determining how much of the following I should get...Let me know your thoughts! I am having a DJ but I don't expect anything crazy (puking, etc.).

Beer
Booze (# of bottles): Is one each of whiskey, rum, vodka enough?
Non-alcoholic drinks such as soda/juices for both mixing and drinks
Bags of chips

Also, what other food items would you guys suggest? I'm thinking getting wings and maybe pizza...
 
My suggestion for pizza is the $5 joints from dominos. Drunk people won't care where the pizzas from and it will be cheaper in the long run.
 
2-3 30 racks, 2-3 bottles of each liquor, 2 35 packs of water, 3 2 liter bottles of soda, 2-3 bottles of juice to mix da liquor
 
also get some natty or keystone for beer, everybody likes that stuff

also folding table and solo cups for the beer pong

this sounds about right.. I dont even drink soda but u need a few more bottles get more cokes and get sprite and Orange sodas as well

Don't get dominos or little Caesars lol..get the pies from a good local spot..

Also go to Walmart u can get family size lays/Doritos /totistos/dip..get plates cups and condiments there too

Don't underestimate what people can or cannot drink.. 1 of each sounds disappointing.. If its gotta be the cheap stuff, let it be the cheap stuff.

Do you have two big coolers? I would have one with non alcoholic drinks and waters packed tight, and another with as much beer as you can fit.

All it takes it five drunk dudes to go through 25 beers, so aim high for sure.

Lemonade and vodka seems to mix, so look for those juice alternatives for both mixers and NA drinkers
 
If you're the only one paying for it and wanna keep the cost down then get a keg and make some punch with 151 or some high proof alcohol.

Not enough alcohol. When me an my buds start drinking heavily, we start just going straight from the bottles, and a group of 15 of us could knock out this much beer, and twice the bottles. 
 
No Wal Marts in NYC but I will be hitting Family Dollar for the accessories.

Will probably go to Costco for the booze.

I'm renting a space out, so I don't want to deal with a keg.
