30 year old dudes killing their dads over -$200 in their allowance, greedy birds wants more than they deserve, :smh:

She knows he can get half and he knows it hence why she turned the check down. Been following this story for a while cause I wanna see what happens

Just remember folks the ex wife can take your kids half your **** and money she didn't work for with the law 100% behind her

would like to see what happens as well since i just came across this story.

She is entitled to more since she held executive positions at the company but the amount of greed though

I would just take the check cause any dude that can afford to cut a $975 million check can probably hire the finest of Jewish lawyers.

Dude has mysterious car accident money.

This. The system is rigged, so (even if you aren't rich) don't get married.

40%-50% of marriages end in divorce, 70% are initiated by women, and 15% of men claim to have been ****olded in court as opposed to the 14% of women.

I Hope she dont see anything for being that stupid, probably want the title of being a "billionaire"

I don't want or believe in marriage. But to even consider would require a prenuptial agreement.

Nothing uglier in this world than human greed.

Arnell, an economist and lawyer who previously held executive positions at Hamm's company Continental Resources, reportedly believes she is entitled to more because she helped the billionaire CEO amass his fortune.

However, Arnell appealed the ruling in December, calling the $1 billion sum "inappropriate" and citing 78 alleged errors that led to her getting shortchange

Hamm, whose estimated $19 billion net worth has reportedly declined due to tumbling oil prices, also appealed the ruling, calling the $1 billion settlement “erroneous and inequitable," Reuters noted last week.

it's hard to focus on anything other than that ungodly amount of money but lets look at it without that $ amount

would you accept a check for a fraction of what you think you're owed?  It clearly isn't hurting her to turn that much down so I can't imagine what she's actually after

I don't know the particulars of their marriage/business so maybe son is short changing her (as ridiculous as that sounds looking at a $1B check)
