its amazing how everyone suddenly became SC30 fans / Under Armour fans over night. Not specifically talking about people in this thread or what not, mainly the people who just now caught on because he is the MVP or because the Warriors are in the finals. I mean, where were yall when Steph had ankle problems in the beginning of his career or when the warriors were only winning 25 games per season..

People want to associate with a winner. Also, personally, I like the Curry One model more than other UAs I've seen and am a sucker for black/gold (I pass hard on the dubnations.)

Sounds like another frustrating release for the Curry 1s. Glad I slept in and didn't even try to get these. I thought about asking some of my family in the bay to find me a pair. I'm glad I didn't waste their time.
These are nice shoes for hoop - I don't care about reselling or collecting. I hope UA figures out how to make future Curry shoes more accessible to fans and ballplayers that want to wear Curry's shoes. Right now it's just frustrating release after frustrating release...

Can't even get a pair of any color in Toronto so I gave up. MVPs n dub are the nicest imo

Resellers just kill the shoe game completely. Been in the shoe game for 3 decades. I remember walking into a store and getting a pair without any hassle.

The Homes, Aways, Underdogs, and Candy Reigns where easy to find on release day.
Dark Matter and MI30s were there if you wanted them the first hour.
Dubnations and MVPs, where impossible even if knew you wanted them on launch.
Edit: Holy hell the Toe box on these MVPs are much tighter than my Dubnations. I guess some pairs are not the same of the same size.

So the MVP (still has anafoam within the synthetic leather) fit smaller than the regular canvas cw's and even the DubNations (also synthetic leather)?

Ugh I'm still helllllaaaa salty about the MVPs. Really wanted them, silly me thinking that UA.com would be my best shot bc they would have the most pairs. Just pisses me off more that dudes in the bay were able to grab 2,3,4,5 pair and I couldn't get one. Then they ripping them off for $300+. Excuse the rant lol

Lucked out on a pair today from Valley Fair HoH, they only had 11 unclaimed pairs... I got there 30 minutes before pick up time expires. I was like 12-13 in line and I thought I had no chance. So I just stayed in line to see if I can grab the 13 low as a consolation. The line probably had like 50-60 people at the end. Manager came out and yelled, that they will be re-raffling the leftover pairs. People in front were pretty pissed cause they been waiting for hours. Then manager threw 2 more curveball and said, you can only enter 1 raffle and if you already purchased the shoes you can not re-enter. People got more pissed.
Manager then asked us to form 2 lines, one for each shoe. About 90% of the people lined up for the Curry One's. I told the two females next to me that I dont like our chances. While I was waiting for my ticket, I was contemplating if I should hop over the 13 low line. Since my chances of getting picked will be a lot higher. I decided to take my chances, I was the 3rd person drawn. I was pretty juiced and end up getting my size. It was the only size 9 left too. Shoe gods was looking out for me today.
I walked over to shiekh after, and was still able to grab the 13 lows. Not my size but shouldn't be that hard to swap it for my size.
