I'm disappointed in how these shoes are built.. I've used my orange lows once for ball for about 3 hours playing indoors and have a really damages toe box. The weird plasticish part at the end of the toe area is now white

That's what it's there for dude. The plastic part protects the toe area from further damage

I get that they're there for that.. but i don't think it should wear out that fast.. and by no means do me and my friends play hard.

^ I agree traction is terrible in my opinion.

How? Traction on wood courts has been great for me in my Currys. On this one plastic-ish type court I play on sometimes I don't really like how they feel but I still wouldn't say they feel bad or slippery...just don't have that squeaky perfect grip like on the wood courts.

If you go into a Finishline location and have them order it, it's free shipping. Sometimes newer releases aren't accessible through stores, so you have to wait a week or two.

I play at a 24/7 gym, and those are notorious for terrible courts. I'm used to playing in my XX9s or Kobe IX Elites on that court. I'm always sliding in the Curry One Mids.

Is traction that bad? Will definitely return if traction is an issue.

Compared to the Kyrie (which is great) how is it?

Yea i agree with you the toe cap scratches off easier than a lottery ticket. Looks real ugly.

They should have used plastic over that part

I have all the curry ones that came out so far and I gotta say the shoe doesn't perform that great , there mediocre . The kyrie 1 and the clutchfit drive feels a lot better and both has better traction than th curry one imo
Micro G > charged
Anafoam > clutch fit

Same here. How much were they reselling for before? If they go under $200 i might consider it
People were asking like 280-320 when they dropped.

There's still some sellers up there both locally for me and on the bay.

However, there are a few listings at 225-235.

Hoping that trend continues on these. Would also love to see under 200.

Traction isn't bad but my perspective isnt from someone who's played in 29s or Kobe 9s. Prior to this I played in kd 7s and Kobe 6's
