Deadly 150-vehicle pileup closes I-94 in west Michigan

People shouldn't drive the the same speed in inclement weather as you do in regular weather anyway though. It makes no damn sense.
I'll never understand why people refuse to drive slower in bad weather conditions.  We had a couple storms that flooded the freeway and dudes were still doing 80+ mph through the water

.

Hope no one was injured in this pile up though.

That's awful. I drive pretty fast in the rain but I run extremely high performance tires and drive home at 3am. Can't imagine how these people were feeling when they realized nothing was moving in front of them

Glad it doesn't snow in Texas. Fools down here can't drive already and they definitely can't drive in the rain, so it would be a nightmare in snow.

what kind of tires

About 80 miles from my home town have to drive the same stretch of i-94 tomorrow to get to Chicago. The western part of the state is notorious for lake effect snow and those semi drivers were going way to fast. Glad most of the injuries were minor and RIP to the one life lost

Unless you have chains on those tires, your car will
Slide just the same as anyone else's on ice.

Damn.

The wife and I have been discussing moving back up top to MI.  I said that I missed the definitive seasons, but after a few cold *** days here and this video......we good.

I can attest to idiots in the snow though.  Dudes think because they drive a 4x4 and have snow tires that they can drive like it's a sunny, spring day.  Those same folks are the ones usually in a ditch somewhere.

I'm all for helping folks, but rushing head on into something like that is nuts.

Can't help anyone if you're pinned between a semi truck and a SUV.  It would be tough to sit there and watch that, knowing you can't really help stop it though.

Just my thinking that if he went in at the end anyway, what's to stop another car coming. That's all.

never watched the vid but holy **** @ 1:28....jeep went head first into the back of that trailer
