I've been hearing that the timberland 6" boots run big. I'm planning to purchase a pair online in size 10.5 but I'm not sure how they're going to fit ( they only have size 10.5, 15, 17, and 18). I usually wear size 10.5-11 shoes so I'm guessing these boots in a 10.5 will be good? How do these boots run? Do they run half a size bigger, true to size, or a whole size bigger?

been so long since i paid retail for timberlands.. i usually go to the side stores like Burlington Coat Factory to get mines for like $80 and i wear a shoe size 10.5 but I get my timbs in 10 or 9.5 some times.. all depends, i dont buy timbs online i goto the store so I can actually try them on before i purchase.

All of mine are a half a size down. Most people I know go a half size down, very few people go down a full size but it does happen.

yeah the constructions run really big. I have two 12s and they are huge. could fit an 11, maybe even a 10.5W

If you want a snug fit go a full size down but I normally go a half size down in all boots. To me, boots normally run big because typically you would wear thick socks with them.

I say go down a half size in timbs. I've been rocking Timbs for years and that's never changed for me. I wear a size 10 normally and I wear a 9.5 in Timbs. Hope that helps
