Well to be honest his original label was money youngin with sqad up
Then when they split I guess sqad owned it since it was originally based their clothing line
Baby probably came up with the idea for young money and making wayne "president" of cm when he resigned in order to keep wayne

you can have a percentage in a label and not own the artist on the label copyrights/publishing

i think wayne has a percentage in the whole universal/cash money/young money deal but I dont think he owns all of his, Drakes, Nicki, and Tyga's copyrights which is what he is fighting for along with some other things

if he leaves the label and is granted the copyrights to Drake, Nicki, Tyga, and his self mannnnnn his money would be endless

the fact Wayne can possibly own all that and be an independent artist after all this is said and done is :x dude will make hip hop history like when Michael Jackson had the rights to the Beatles and some of Eminem's catalog
