Nike Foams Real or Fake?????

This guy I know has this pair of foams that I've never seen or heard of before. Are they real? I think they're fake but my buddy thinks they're real. What are they?

Clearly fake...for many reasons...just don't get em. Not 100% sure on 4s, so I won't give you a definite answer, take to Jordan L/C forum though for help.
