I read this book.
Essentially:
Men both gay and straight have built in universal visual cues for sexually arousal. Which one of these cues you find most interesting is random, any other weirder cues were likely acquired from a childhood experience.

now your probably wondering i thought only gay men liked penis. well according to their research it applies to straight men as well.
The reason you see so much "monster d" aimed at straight male audience, the reason that men traditionally have always been interested with penis size far more than women is that men have a innate visual interest in the penis. (not men just the penis itself).

ive read a lot of books on evolution and sexuality and if there is anything Ive learned it is:
1. you aren't supposed to understand. people like what they like. I don't understand why people like onion rings either. sexual taste is not that different from taste in food.
