I agree. But prosecute anyone who knowingly has unprotected sex while infected with something especially the HIV. Idk how much human trafficking is going on within our borders relative to the rest of the world but prostitution should be regulated. I mean smoking is worse for you by far, infections aside but that is lobbied for, taxed and federally regulated.
Of course, the usual conservative pundits will cone out of the woodwork talking bout too much govt regulations and blah blah blah.
