Can't speak for Amber but Kim K's "celebrity" and pop culture status is unprecedented given her lack of noteworthy talent. Regardless of her fame being achieved through a sex tape, how may other sex tape celebs have continued to remain relevant for as long as she has? It's not just an NT obsession with her. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, it's just what it is.

You clearly missed the point. Kim K's relevance in pop culture is the reason she's posted about on NT and the reason for the amount of threads
These "normal" attractive girls that you mentioned are just that, normal girls. Famous people get more attention. Even the "beautiful latina" you posted is an example. You don't even know her name. Why would there be hundreds of threads of an anonymous female nobody cares about?
