Aqua 8s Black Friday 2015

Ok, so here is my question, I won 2 raffles for these at a Footaction and footlocker. I'm not a re-seller by no means, but i'm curious if it is wise to buy both pairs. One to wear and one to use as trade bait. Do you guys think these are worth getting a decent trade, or just let the other sit for someone that actually wants them? I never doubled up on a pair of shoes before(Never seen the point), but if I could get a sick trade, why not? lol. Just trying to hear you guys out.

It seems they will be pretty widely available. Might not have much trade value

If these are going to be available to everyone that wants them what's the insentive to do a "sick trade" with you?

Yeah, it looks like I'll just forfeit the other pair. Unless I wait for the Master 12's in Feb and trade someone for those.
 
I understand the people who are against pre-ordering these. But you have to understand that a peace of mind has more value than the $30 or so I'd be saving picking these up from a retailer. They'll be widely available I know, but I've historically struck out on "widely available" kicks in the past doing all the leg work needed to secure my pair (i.e. Bordeaux 7s). So I don't mind paying a little extra for security especially for a grail sneaker such as these! I'm just saying.....

Striking out at a retail store doesn't mean you won't be able to get them for retail else where. I think that's the point people are trying to make. No need to preorder for more than retail because the same spots will be selling them for retail when they drop. But do what you have to do to get them on your feet

I'd rather strike out at retail stores than to pay over retail for an early release/pre-order that runs the risk of being an unauthorized (aka FAKE) pair.  

Having the peace of mind of getting them from a legit retail store is worth more to me than securing them "early".  

There's always going to be multiple chances to score a pair for retail.  

Just need to be patient.

EDIT: I guess people were quick to forget the whole debacle black friday 2014 when NTer were questioning the legitimacy of pre-order sites for the Black Infrared 6s.

True indeed...I'm solely basing off my own luck from previous releases. Let me make it clear that I rarely go through a re-seller for releases but just to ensure that I get certain sneakers (grails) with no hassle I will...I did it with the Carmine's last year as well. It's just preference bro everybody has their own method for copping. Bless

For sure, point taken brother. My thing is to only buy from resellers that actually live in Memphis. Being that this is the Nike Headquarters location and the very factory that when you order from nike.com where the shoes are sent from I'm not as worried ya know. They buy the shoes from factory and resell em, you may ask why don't you just do that? Well you gotta be plugged in to that type of thing which is easier said than done. So at times I'll buy from the reseller to copp a grail that I can't afford to miss out on its just preference in that regard. To each his own I just want us all to be able to eat come Friday! Bless 
 
Does anyone know how the Nike stores plans to release the aquas locally? Will it be raffled?
 
So I see they threw a very light grey on them? Did they change the Chromes, too? JB just got me hot, boy.
