‘New Mutants’: Simon Kinberg Says Professor X Will Appear; Filming Could Begin Early 2017


Talking to Collider to promote the upcoming release of X-Men: Apocalypse, producer Simon Kinberg told them that they hope to start shooting New Mutants early next year, but confirmed that we more than likely won't see a certain bald headed mutant. "Right now, as the movie exists, Professor X would be a part of a New Mutants movie."

Marvel is honestly just killing it seriously. They even mentioned exactly 8 years since Tony became IM. With X men it's already going to be 30 years difference from the 80s to what 99? Prof X and magneto are going to go through a serious maturation

I kinda take back what I said..I'm cool with the next X-Men movie being in the 90's only if they got the Jim Lee style costumes from that famous X-men #1 that everyone has lol

Not exactly Jim Lee style but it's at least one step closer to actual XMen costume towards the end of this film so the next one hopefully has more accurate/better costumes...

Sinister (after credits scene). He gets Wolverine's DNA from the weapon X facility after Wolverine escapes. Case it's put in says Essex corp. I would guess it's for the final Wolverine film since it's said X-23 is in it

I know people aren't as hyped to see this film but I know longtime fans have been wanting those two things to happen so I put them in spoilers.
